I’m thinking Bob is the real criminal here. Simon’s a whack job, for sure, but he’s not a bad guy. Bob destroyed the evidence that was faxed through from the DNA lab, the stuff about there being DNA on Beverly’s body AND Gabrielle’s body that matched, but wasn’t Johnny Redden’s OR Simon Blackhorse’s. So he either did it, or he’s trying to hide the person that did.

Bob does lie a lot, lol. He doesn’t tell Tara that he and Beverly were dating, for pete’s sake. He just says her name “sounds familiar”.

I think the whole way he acts after the murder totally points to his guilt….he’s way more interested in keeping Wilma quiet than he is in grieving about his dead girlfriend!

What about Simon Blackhorse though? I don’t think it could be Bob. He’s obviously hiding/protecting someone/something, and he’s definitely weird, but he hasn’t done anything violent. Simon basically tried to blow Tara’s head off.

Awesome season premiere.
Ok, so it’s obviously Bob now, right? He’s using Simon Blackhorse by letting him take the fall but helping him destroy the evidence, so he gets off and Tara’s convinced she knows who the murderer is. She’d never think it’s Bob now because she’s so fixated on Simon, and Bob arresting him just reinforced that.

Ok I thought MAYBE it was Bob, because he’s so weird and controlling, but now I don’t know. It totally looks like Kayla killed herself on the berry fast.

Bob could have done it. He was sure aggressive in finding someone to pin it on that obviously didn’t do it. Why would he risk behaving so unethically (interrogating a drunk man for instance) if it wasn’t very important to him to ensure the suspect confessed?

Working with somebody? Hmm. I was thinking he might have arrested John to protect Simon Blackhorse. So maybe...?

I don’t think Simon had a lot to do with it, besides getting Kayla in the perfect situation for a paranormal visit! Masteesis appeared to Kayla in a vision, like when Tara went into the tent and saw the slaughtered village. Kayla must have also been able to communicate with the spirits on that land.

Bob is totally wacko....I'm sure he is part of the reason people are dying or getting killed. He's out to get Tara, wants her to leave Rabbit Fall so he can rule.

Wasn't it Simon's knife? If he didn't kill Kayla himself, he sure made it easy for someone.

Well, looking back at Simon's escape, one wonders how he got out of his cuffs in the first place (methinks Bob gave him a key before Stanton tried driving him out of town).
I think Simon's got a lot of dirt on Bob, therefore Bob feels obligated to do his bidding....
Ergo, Bob is Simon's b!tch!!!!

Ok TOTAL insight into Bob’s character! In last night’s episode he let's off that kid he busts for smoking pot, gives him money for groceries and advice and stuff – basically takes care of him. Mentions the kid’s alcoholic mom and says “he reminds me of me”. So that’s part of why he’s such a sociopath – bad childhood!
In terms of being Simon's bitch, he threatens Simon after the plague, I don't think he's scared of him. He's got a deal with Simon that works to both their advantage, I mean the town is pretty easy to control through superstition and that's a benefit to Bob. But he's not going to let Simon hurt people he cares about (he's really rattled when teh pot smoking kid gets the illness).

The missing girl's mother said the cops didn't do anything to find her daughter, then she eyed Bob in a strange way. I think there's a much bigger reason she wanted to kill him. Seems like Bob and Simon have a history of working in tandem to collect girls. This one just happened to get away.

Bob got completely testy about bad parenting again, when he's talking about the broken ribs and abuse that Karen suffered.
When the parents come to the police station to see their long-lost daughter & they're crying and apologizing etc Bob doesn't buy it for a second. There's whole lotta eye-rolling going on.

So now we know Bob is willing to kill to get what he wants (a great Whoa! moment when he just shot that guy). How many other bodies out there are Bob's doing? It's no wonder no one is willing to spill about him. It's becoming more obvious that Simon knows about Bob's murders but keeps quiet just to stay alive and to stay out of prison for his own dirty deeds.
